He has been actively engaged on a daily basis in the practice of law for over 30 years during which he has represented and advised his clients in all types of legal matters.
Owen Wincig graduated from Hofstra University in 1975, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University School of Law in 1979, Order of the Curia. He is admitted to practice in New York State courts (1980), the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.
